HOW USA & UN TARGET MUSEVENI THROUGH ARMS EMBARGO, SANCTIONS – MUSEVENI DESPERATE, NOW USING DECEIT & BRIBERY TO SAVE HIS INEVITABLE DOWNFALL
———————————————————-
MUSEVENI IS SO SCARED OF ARMS EMBARGO ON SOUTH SUDAN
There is no question that what is happening in South Sudan has Museveni’s involvement and to control its resources.
The UN is planning to take over South Sudan and preparations are underway to negotiate an exit for Salva Kiir and his nemesis Macher.
In order to accomplish this, UN has asked the USA’s strong involvement, including African governments. Museveni is now desperate trying to diffuse the situation in South Sudan by involving UPDF, before such a resolutions is passed.
The AU is considering to send a united force under the AU command and Museveni is heavily involved in this. He has convinced the Western governments, that he is the only one that can bring the situation under control in South Sudan.
The problem is that Museveni is the actual problem in South Sudan’s stability, reason being that Uganda was involved in the assassination of Garanga and Museveni would not want this to come out. The United States is fronting an arms embargo on South Sudan and this has caused panic in the Kampala regime.
Uganda is the number one supplier of weapons to South Sudan and this would choke Museveni’s abilities to intervene in South Sudan conflicts under the guise of sending UPDF to rescue Ugandans. The embargo will trigger economic sanctions to any country that violates the embargo.
Stop The Madness.

In desperate move to save his family rule, Ugandan dictator has met DRC Congo’s Kabila Joseph…below is an analysis why his miscalculated foreign aggression in DRC-S.SUDAN are key factors to his downfall

INSIDE MUSEVENI-KABILA EMPTY DEAL IN KASESE – by Rabba Naga political analyst
——————————————
HUGE THREAT FACING MUSEVENI AND HIS GANG
https://m.facebook.com/story.php…
The Museveni-kabila meeting points to a growing military threat in the region for mr museveni. Museveni has been harbouring the m23 which he has been using to blackmail kabila but also to use as a mercinary force here against a restive updf. With the collapse of the museveni influence in south sudan and its waning in the region generally, there is a sense of unease in the museveni kleptocracy.
Museveni now fears there could be a convergence of anti museveni forces teaming up in south sudan and these may outflank him from DRC. Therefore that museveni -Kabila meeting of yesterday was not about ADF threat as such, but over a new serious threat from south sudan which m7 fears may use the DRC’s outh west flank.
But this is where it gets interesting. Kabila too has a chip to hold up against museveni! he demands m7 gets clean on m23 and return them to drc. If museveni doesnt , the yesterday deal wont hold, if he attempts to reign on his mercinary M23 force, he may fail to master the courage to do so because of his calculations for his internal sirvival. But remember m23 was defeated by Tanzania and south african forces in drc. So the geopolitical game is complex.
This brings me to those calling on opposition and besigye to negotiate with museveni.
Just read between the lines and try to understand whats going on. Trying to negotiate with m7 is futile. The only point of discussion would be for Mr Museveni to go home, to return the victory of the people he stole at gun point. As you know he cant do that. So whats there to negotiate on. Those who are calling for dialogue in effect are saying we SURRENDER TO M7. They are apologists of a killer mafia.
Victory will be attained, its taking long and getting rather nasty, but the shortcuts nevet seem to work. And this struggle is is larger than any individual. Those who negotiate with museveni will be taken as traitors. Look at what has happened to those who agreed to serve on museveni cabinet. They are finished as oppostion leaders. They are now in it up to the neck. They are now with the dictatorship lock stock and barrel.
So Ugandans remain steadfast. Its not easy but it achievable.
Struggle on comrades.
