She returned the land title bought out of goats , but is this lady one whose word can be trusted by the IGG or does her conduct in parliament, one that invites investigations by any sober institution so established ? Whom did she sell the goats to, when , how many were they where were they?how were they transported,
It looks to me that the money is sourced from some corrupt movts of money that continue to bedevil uganda. The IGG is almost producing a song in their threats they use to always hoodwink the public.

From the day she took office she sings that stanza whenever she appears in public .

There’s nothing left to be seen but a recycling by the president by appointing another IGG. To add a rejuvenated voice but singing the same stanza. Therefore the institution of IGG only serves one role in uganda .self gratification by salaries and allowances. They should go.
