A police commander in Tennessee – Nashivville Gen. Karl Durr was forced to leave and later arrested just because he ordered the arrest of 4 children who were under age at Hobgood Elementary school the records shows that under his orders children between 9 and 12 years old were charged with criminal responsibly for allegedely witnessing a fight.

ut no matter how great he feel he is, he is not above the law.The law doesn’t know him.he is considered as ordinary person no matter what his rank is.No question, he has to be arrested.
