“A GOOD MAN GONE WRONG IS A BAD MAN FOUND OUT”~African proverb
With evidence I declare these 3 Ugandan ladies fake, corrupt, serial parasites and career thieves
ALLEN CATHERINE KAGINA
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology obtained from Makerere University. Surprisingly her occupation is a business administrator! She was just a teacher before joining state house and in blink of an eye she was promoted to head Uganda’s tax collection body URA where she will always be remembered for shading off all “non performing” staff and replaced them with her tribe mates. Her salary per month was UGX:28 million (approximately: US$11,250) plus a billion dollar convoy, bogus executive allowances and other selfish VIP privileges. She is currently heading UNRA a body responsible for construction of fake chines roads.
SHE’S BEING PROBED FOR CORRUPTION SCANDAL INVOLVING THE NOTORIOUS OIL MONEY SWINDLE.
JENIFER SEMAKULA MUSISI
Musisi obtained a degree in law from Makerere university with some other small confusing qualifications obtained abroad. She earlier worked for Makerere University as a Legal Adviser and was eyed by the regime and subsequently became a Commissioner Legal Services and Board Affairs in Uganda Revenue Authority. Musisi who is said to have some Rwandan blood was involved in the Institutional Reforms and Restructuring Programme at URA which was absolutely secterian favoring the regimes cadre tribe. With her longtime friend Allen Kagina they Himafied the revenue collecting body and they emptied the country’s financial basket.
She was rewarded with an executive post to head Kampala city council authority which is also facing financial scandals every day that passes.
SHE’S TOO IS FACING A PARLIAMENTARY PROBE IN THE OIL MONEY SCANDAL
JANET KATAHA MUSEVENI
She has a certificate in nursery teaching and she’s was also irregularly appointed by his husband to be the minister of Kalamoja. During her term of office, Kalamoja’s gold mines were depleted to emptiness by American dealers.
While the population was suffering due hunger and disease, the regime was busy syphoning the only resource for the Kijongs under her tight supervision.
SHE’S ALSO INVOLVED IN THE OIL MONEY SCANDAL.
These are not our servants, they are just con women working for themselves and their own beliefs.
