My concern is how can we as a nation now disclaim that responsibility to pay back what the nation never gained from and to legally put the responsibility of Congo to work closely with ICC and identify all the culprits to become responsible for the payment of that compensation. I was a petition so Ugandans sign against that disclaimer so it ceases to be the nation’s responsibility to pay for individual groups crimes.
