NEVER UNDERESTIMATE A WOMAN SCORNED: ‪#‎BESIGYE‬ SUPPORTERS ARE YOU READY FOR THE ‪#‎KYALYA‬ vs #BESIGYE WAR YOU ARE PROPELLING? BSE I AM.

    Maureen Kyalya Waluube‎
With all the ultimate respect to #Besigye supporters. I am a free UGANDAN and I am entitled to my opinion, my choices and my ideologies. FDC appealed to me and I became a member for two years.

I made a personal decision to leave. Whether you want to believe me or not ‪#‎YoweriKagutaMuseveni‬ neither requested me nor paid me to leave FDC. I humbly asked him to join him and serve my people of Busoga and when it didn’t work out, I left without a fight. NO ONE CHASED ME. You can check with ‪#‎Muhereza‬, StateHouse Personell Officer.

You can never and you will never lead UGANDA with that suffocation attitude for individual rights and freedoms. Trust me, just as it is #Besigye’s set goal to fight the person of M7, you are forcing my goal to becoming fighting #Besigye. I really hope you do not want to go there. #Besigye was nothing when he started, now he is a hero.

I am nothing now but tides change. Honestly do not make me a #Besigye enemy just because I do not agree with your principles. You might be more sorry than I by the end of 5 years no matter how many and how strong you think you may be. Focus on your MPs who have sworn allegiance to serve the NRM Government whilst their president is in jail. #Besigye is not my President.

I am my own President; and do recognise the current NRM Government because rigging or not; FDC has had 20 years to prove that they are toothless barking dogs who cannot do anything peacefully to bring the desired change for UGANDA. Join me in AFrica Restoration Party for a meaningful change journey.

WHAT IF KAGUTA MUSEVENI YOWERI DIE TO DAY??
    “””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””
This Question goes direct to supporters of Mr Museveni and NRM because you will be at the highest risk as people will try to revenge and get to the “UNTOUCHABLE” so if you are wise enough you had better start planning because Museveni is not god he can die at any time.
IF I WERE ANY OF YOU, I WOULD START PLANNING FOR WHAT NEXT BECAUSE IT’S JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

How best can Poverty be eliminated in Uganda?

Is it by distributing cash handouts like the current regime is doing? I don’t agree.
Is it through the Wealth Creation Project the regime is introducing and hyping like it’s God sent? I find this a poor calculated move with no information provided to support the project rather it’s a political project.

    My Opinion

Poverty is related to Income Earned it basically means the same, you can only get out of poverty if you earn something substantially enough to meet your needs, this is certainly not the case for most Ugandans. Why is it the case if we have people claiming to have vision and taking charge of the nation?
We are probably being governed by people whose vision is limited to personal interests, have you ever been in love with limited vision? its more painful than losing a loved one.

    Solution to Poverty in Uganda.

    1. Increase incentives on Investment in Uganda to both foreigners and Ugandans, this will increase the availability of Jobs hence providing the youth with employment.

    2. Introduce Minimum Wage of 1.8 US dollars per hour and criminalise black market jobs, this will increase the purchasing power of Ugandans hence increase investment since investors will realise market for their Gods. URA will also collect more TAX on Income since everyone will be earning above the Income Tax Threshold, quickly if Uganda has 9m people employed which is 26% of the total population at the rate 1m per month Uganda per person, Uganda will earn 22.68Trillion in Income Tax collections from only 26% employment of it’s total population.
Investors come to countries where labour is cheap but also where there is market for goods. At 1.8 US Dollars Per Hour that is considered low, we have big investments closing because our population has no spending power.

It’s a win/win situation People earn, Government earns and Investors get to sell their goods in Uganda.

Why then is our Government not doing this? You have the answer in change of leadership, visionary leaders are not in the NRM government, the worst part is that they dont want to Learn how it’s done elsewhere.

Museveni and NRM are a Liability to Uganda.

    For God and My Country.

    MUSEVENI: RESPECT TAXPAYER, SPEND REASONABLY

Under Museveni occupation, 2bn was spent to fund Dr. Specioza PHD after valley dam mismanagement and now 3.5bn will be spent on her to secure AU Job.
Kegamba Uganda under 30years of Museveni occupation, politics has been monetised at the cost of wanainchi suffering.
If Uganda heard true leadership, that money should have been spent reasonably atleast to build underground water harvesting tanks, to reduce water shortages among communities.
A tank of 40,000litres can be constructed using 5,000bricks each at 150/=, 40bags of cements @30000, labour of 1.5m, one truck of sand @500,000/=, ground excavation @500,000/=. Hence a tank can be constructed at a maximum total cost of 6m.
And 3.5bn can construct over 590 underground water tanks. if we divide 590 tanks by 123 districts, atleast each district can have over 5 water tanks, each collecting 40,000litres of water.
Ugandan must liberate themselves for a true and responsible leadership to prevail over resource allocation.
Short of that, expect the worst in the world of survival for the fittest under NRA mafia.

PLEASE WIVES READ & SHARE THIS EMOTIONAL ADVICE

I am writing to you in order to make someone understand that its good to appreciate our partners despite their flaws.
“I am 32 years old. I and my ex hubby dated for six years, I started dating him whilst I was in form 4.I was 19 years old. We where best of friends. I waited until he completed college and started working. My family and his then met, we got married and had a son. (9 years old now).
My husband was short tempered at times, but our problems started when I wanted to make him feel he can’t control me.
Every time we argue, I would pack my bags, go to my family and explain. My sisters would phone my husband and shout at him. If he is controlling
me I would always dare him that if you wish divorce me but in the real sense, I never wanted divorce, I just had pride and I never wanted to look a lose in his eyes. One day I pushed him so had that for the first time he beat me and lock me out side, I went to my family and my family took him to the police. Every time I looked like I am being abused! But to be honest, I used to abuse my husband emotionally. He was arrested and detained. I was asked by his family to withdraw the case, I felt that what I was doing was wrong.
My husband was never a violent man, he did what he did because I pushed him to the wall,of which he openly knelt down and apologised. I withdrew the charge, and we reconciled. After three months, I packed my bags after a small issue, and he remained alone. After two days I
received a call that he is in hospital, my family told me that I shouldn’t go there because it will look like am begging him, and my sisters believed he was faking the illness. All this time, people felt
sorry for me like I was the one being abused.
He spent a week in hospital, after he was discharged from hospital, I just received a divorce summon. I wanted to say no to divorce, but because I felt this pride, I wanted him to change his mind and beg me. I called him to inform him that if it was the divorce he wanted, he will get it because I felt I was living like was in hell. When we went to court, I wanted to make him pay, so I told the court that I needed his properties to be shared. To my suprise he openly told the court that whatever we had acquired together should be given to me, all he wanted was divorce.
We where divorced in 2009 July.
Now, this Sunday (today) my husband is marrying, whilst I am here wasted! My family are gossiping about me, I depend on what my ex gave to my son for survival. I know I wasted my
marriage. I am here telling all wives that they should be carefull how they get advise.
Don’t be cheated, be careful. Even my young sisters are much more respected than me. Those who encouraged me to divorce are always bad mouthing me. Please ladies listen and take this seriously”.

May God Bless your marriage . Thought to share. There is no benefit in pride. It’s for nothing.

WHO KILLED FDC’S TOM JULUNGA IN 2009? WHO WAS BEHIND?
NOW THAT BETTY KAMYA IS A MINISTER, CAN SHE COME CLEAN?

Tom Julunga was a former FDC member and was shot dead by possibly Kayihura’s partisan police. Judith Nabakoba said Tom was stabbed twice but the postmortem showed he was shot in the stomach twice.

According to the police investigations, Tom may have been murdered by FDC members and supporters of Betty Kamya’ were involved in his death. According to the police, Tom was shot due to misunderstandings between Kamya’s supporters but no reason was given for the misunderstanding that led to Tom’s death. According to the police Betty Kamya was aware of those misunderstandings. The police deployed heavily at Tom’s memorial service at Christ The King as a dead Tom was more of a threat to the government than a living Tom.

FDC vice president Salam Musumba, at the time who is now missing in action, confirmed that Tom was a renowned critic of Betty Kamya. In the police report it was stated that Tom may have been killed by Kamya’s FDC supporters . This is heavy staff Minister Betty Namissango Kamya. So there you have it, can Betty Kamya come clean. We have an unsolved murder here. What is going on here? The inquisitive minds want to know.

SO THIS IS THE UNPOPULAR WOMAN FROM BUSOGA.
I dont want u to judge her basing on her tribe, it won’t be fair to other Basoga. For some time now, she has been uttering nonsensical statements, but i didn’t care about her, until she dared to compare her self to Besigye.
BTW, am not writing what you want to see or hear, but what is right.
Kyalya stood on FDC ticket in 2011, she won the election but NRM rigged as usual. She went to court with enough evidence to win the case, what happened? she was promised a juicy state-house job, and she gave up on the case.
After doing that she was too ashamed to come back to FDC, ensonyi naazifuula obusungu, she started hating FDC with a passion. When she appeared omuntu w’abantu, she said thta the woman she took to court in the election case had bewitched her, that’s why she abandoned the case. How ironic?
Since then she has been giving reasons why she hates FDC, with all her inconsistency, she said,
    ==> Besigye’s wife, is Museveni’s relative.
==> Besigye and Museveni has personal differences.
==> Museveni can’t hand-over power to the person who stole his garlfriend(yet she said, she is M7’s relative)
==> and so on and so forth
In her last failed attempt she said that we have made her more popular. It’s ironic how pipo can’t get the difference btn Famous and INFAMOUS, popular and UNPOPULAR.
Kyalya, you are UNPOPULAR. every body knows who you are, but no body likes you. And stop saying that we hate you, NO, we feel SYMPATHY for you.
Buli lwoyogera, ofulumamu nsowera, we r trying to remember the last time u said something sensible.

As I watched the grand entry of Honourable Idi Amin Taban to Uganda parliament building, as a freshly elected member of parliament. My mind flashed to a topic which I always try to avoid, either reading or discussing. This is a topic which brings memories and emotions; as it reminds me of loved ones who used to praise Amin 24/7. Let me have a simple touch at this self-imposed topic.

How much do we know about Amin apart from the fairytale stories from 70s insurgent Rambos and hollywood blockbusters?

Over the years, his image and legacy has been defrauded by the western mafias and their black agents. During his short tenure in power, his government provided first class education with MUK producing the best medical graduates in Africa; upon their graduation all these medical graduants had to go for further studies in wester Europe or the communist Europe which was Eastern Europe. He built and expanded all inter district road networks. Unemployment especially among the youth was next to zero. Inequality was next to zero. Nepotism was next to zero.

The buildings like Nile Hotel which is now Serena, Uganda International Conference centre where Uganda’s Leopard insults him on a daily basis was built under Amin’s watch in a space of few months, less than a year. The last time entebbe airport was expanded was during Amin’s tanure. He started Uganda Airlines with 9 Boeings airoplanes, before even the Ethiopeans dreamt of Ethiopean airlines.

He started and improved very many government parastatals, only for the Leopard (Museveni) to sell them at cheap to his business associates, in what I may term as bogus privatisation.

For the national army, those who served under his regime shed tears when they remember him. He build all these army barracks that the UPDF is using today, which are now dilapidated due to corruption within the UPDF. A mere corporal was able to afford a great life i.e own a house, a car and his children attending great schools. For a sergeant, they were living a celebrity life style. (A story for next time)……now UPDF soldiers have been reduced to beggars, unless your in Muhoozi’s branch of the army.

Today, his image especially among the young, is that of a brutal killer, human butcher and to some extent a cannibalist. Yes, in later years of his regime excesses where applied to curb a ruthless rebellion. In Amin’s first 4 years of his power, Ugandans would struggle to name an individual who was killed by the state; except Museveni’s marauding mates who attacked Simba barracks in 1972.

We grew up listening to Museveni’s speech….sorry the leopard’s speech, at how he was never ruled by Amin for even a single day, the day he was sworn in, that is the same day he started his subversive activities. By this time, Amin had not been named in any political corruption, political criminality, any killing or even refuse democratic processes. On 25th Jan 1971, When the Leopard started his subversive activities, Amin had just sworn in. What reason(s) did the Leopard have to start undermining the government which hasn’t spend a night?? On this date, was Amin swearing to stay in power for a fifth term?? Just pure thirst for the iron thrown by the young Leopard.

When you read and listen from different quarters; you will find out another narrative, that some of the killings attributed to Amin, where infact carried out by insurgents in order to spread the fear-rumour that Amin is killing people. The Leopard who always taunts Amin’s legacy to the extent of calling him a cold blooded killer, why not call for an independent investigation into the crimes committed under Amin’s regime?? Ugandans deserve to know the truth, other than a one man’s narrative concocted with the help of western agents.

To the twisters of reality and real events, they went further to label him a racist who hated indians…… just bullshit. The man’s general practitioner (family doctor) was an indian up to 1972, his family lawyer was an indian and children went to schools owned by indians. Amin did not just wake up on 4th August 1972 and decide to expel indians. No way!!! He acted on a well revised intelligence information. There were only two options for him, they stay and he looses power or they are expelled and he survives their subversiveness; he chose for the later.

In early 70s, Africa was flooded with different expelled – refugee people. In Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Botswana…etc were flooded with frelimo, ANC, SWAPO,
MPLA and ZANU members who were refugees. But the British government did not send a plane or planes to take them or some of them to Britain as refugees or asylum seekers. But on 4th August 1972, the same day Amin expelled indians, British planes landed at Entebbe airport to take the expelled indians as refugees/stateless members. Why did the British government grant them refugee status with such quickness?? Was it humanitarian? I don’t think so!! There travel to Britain was an MI6 operation rather than the British foreign office arrangement.

Amin was never corrupt at all, let me repeat, the man was never, never and never corrupt. He even shared the little he had with those he had met during his lustrous and humble life. The word embezzlement never existed during his tanure, it was an alien word. From 25 January 1971 to 11 April 1979, the man had achieved more than what others are failing to achieve in 20+ years, other 30+ year of rule. Despite economic embargos being imposed on his government since the late 1972, the economy continued to grow, up to 1978 when the insurgent wars started affecting economic growth.

Really, the best thing the Leopard’s regime can do, is to allow his remains back to Uganda, so that he may be burried at his ancestral home.

MUSEVENI'S ROLE IN THE UBC LAND SAGA

Museveni;s rubber stamp parliament and gullible Ugandans are questioning the dubious acquisition of government land by Hon. Margret Muhanga. They are simply wasting their time because land grabbing is a scheme by the Museveni regime to impoverish Ugandans while creating a small class comprised of its cronies who own everything.

    Margret Muhanga

Hon. Margret Muhanga is the Woman Member of Parliament for Kabarole District. She is a sister to Museveni’s boot leaker, Andrew Mwenda, Brig. Kayanja Muhanga – the 4th Div. Commander, and Maj. Henry Baguma – a historical Director under the Internal Security Organisation (ISO). She is married to Michael Mugisha the former District Chairman Kabarole and now the Executive Director of National Forest Authority (NFA). She is the Spokesperson of the regime’s defacto parliament, the NRM caucus. Before coming to the political limelight, she was a reporter with the regime owned New Vision newspaper in the late 1980s and 1990s. As a news reporter, she got closer to Gen. Kahinda Otafiire when he was the Director General of External Security Organisation (ESO). Her husband replaced Damiano Akankwasa at NFA, after the later was convicted for abuse of office by causing financial loss of 2.8 billion shillings that came to light following the theft of 900M shillings from his bedroom. Her brother Andrew Mwenda was linked to Lawyer Bob Kasango’s 7.8b pensions scam. She claims to have raised the 10.2b shillings that she used to buy the UBC land by borrowing from her brothers and selling her cows and goats.

    Margret Muhanga

Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) was created by the UBC Act of 2004 following the merger of former Uganda Television and Radio Uganda. It now boosts of two TV channels and five radio stations. The past “inefficient” governments that Museveni fought failed to put to use the vast property of UBC and as of 2008 it owned only 35 acres of prime land in Bugolobi alone. Earlier, some of those who has fought the bush like Col. Mushega, Gen. Koreta, Brig. Eric Mukasa and a few others had been given part of the UBC land for free. The land titles for these properties has been mysteriously missing until in 2006 when the then Secretary to the Land Commission, Elizabeth Laker started creating new titles for the remaining land and giving it away to private developers. It took the intervention of the then UBC Corporation Secretary, Francis Gimara who placed caveats on the remaining land but at a heavy cost – his was kicked out of UBC.

In 2009 Minister Karoro Okurut and Margret Muhanga requested Museveni to give them part of the land belonging to UBC so that they could build a gumboot factory that would create 300 jobs for Ugandans. Museveni gave them the land. Their company, Extreme Innovations Ltd acquired two acres of UBC land located on Kibira Road in Industrial Area. Valued at 954M shillings that was supposed to be paid at the signing of the 49 years lease, UBC transferred the said two acres to the two Directors of Extreme Innovations without paying a single cent. In June 2010, Extreme Innovations requested UBC to transfer its (E.I) interests to a Chinese company, Sino East Africa Trading Hub and it was immediately done. SINO intended to set up an administrative and export development center for displaying Chinese products. Karoro Okurut and Margret Muhanga walked away with clean billions of shillings without investing anything. Later on Muhanga claimed that the marshy property that required $500,000 to rehabilitate made no business sense. E.I Ltd was set up in August 2008, it received the lease for the said UBC land on 7th December, 2009, five days later on December 7th it put the said land on market and sold it in July 2010 to SINO. Parliament raised up in army and attempted to censure Minister Karoro Okurut. The Police’s CIID also attempted to investigate conspiracy to defraud but Karoro and Muhanga refused to appear before them. At a caucus meeting in State House, Museveni acknowledged that he had given the two UBC land after they convinced him that they intended to set up a footwear factory. He soothed MPs into abandoning the censure move claiming that he was to handle the matter through the NRM caucus. That was the end of the story and the matter died a natural death. Its this impunity that later lured Muhanga into going for another 18 acres of UBC land that is currently being questioned.

On Farady Road alone in Bugolobi, UBC owned plots 8-10, 12-16 and 18-20 from which it curved out 18 acres that it had earlier intended to use in the construction of the Bugolobi Villa project that would comprise of 89 mansions and a club house. The project that was flagged off in 2008 was supposed to have been a joint venture between UBC and a certain Kenyan company was anticipated to generate US$13M from sale of the houses. The project stalled because of failure to secure the critical clearance and also the said Kenyan partner company gave its interest to Hassan Basajabalaba. In January 2011 Hassan Basajabalabe bought the said UBC 18 acres land though he later claimed to have bought 23.1 acres. In April 2011 Basajabalaba transferred the said land to his Haba group of companies. By August 2011 when the new Executive Director of UCB protested the sale by cancelling the sale agreement, the land had in question had already changed hands with new parties such as Deo & Sons, Margret Muhanga and SINBA (K) Ltd. Consequently, Deo & Sons sued UBC for cancellation of title yet they had brought the land from Haba Group.

The High Court ruled that the sale of land by Haba Group to Deo & Sons was illegal. Haba and Deo appealed to the Court of Appeal which also upheld the High Court’s ruling adding that the same had been illegal and fraudulent. They went to the Supreme Court but before the matter could be heard, they attempted to withdraw it on grounds that they had agreed on a consent judgement whereby UBC had agreed to pay 35.5b shillings but the Supreme Court rejected the withdraw and went ahead to hear the appeal before upholding the rulings of its subordinate courts and ordering UBC to refund Haba with 11.5b shillings. Margret Muhanga claims that it was after UBC had failed to refund 11.5b shillings that Deo & Sons sold the said land to her at 10.2b shillings. She went ahead to claim that Deo & Sons belongs to some army officers that she did not name. However, Deo & Sons Properties is a Limited liability company that was incorporated in Uganda in October 2008. Its Directors are Imam Mwebesa, James Magezi and Deogratius Obeowobusingye. Haba was incorporated in June 1996 and its directors are Hassan Basajabalaba, Muzamir Basajabalaba and Aisha Murungi. Available records show that UBC sold the land to Haba on 10th January, 2014, Haba in turn sold it to Deo & Sons on the same day at 12.46 p.m who in turn also sold it to Margret Muhanga two minutes later at 12.48 p.m.

Whatever the case, Margret Muhanga will retain the land. The regime Mafias have swung into action and the parliamentary committee will have to back off and they should not expect any further cooperation from the key players. The little information that they managed to extract from Margret Muhanga in the heat of passion is all that they will end at. That is what Museveni’s ‘Hakuna Mchezo’ means. Grabbing of public land has been and will Continue to take place by regime cronies. Butabika hospital land was taken by Museveni’s children, Nakasero, Kitante, Shimoni, Kololo, Nsambya railway, Naguru KCCA etc was taken then what is special with the ongoing UBC land saga.

INFORMATION IS POWER AND DEFIANCE IS THE WAY TO GO.

Former presidential candidate, Col. Dr. Kiiza Besigye has warned that if government does not stop giving away citizens’ land to ‘investors,’ the issue could result into war.
Besigye was today morning addressing the press at his home when he explained that the president has on several occasion given away Ugandan land to foreigners without considering the repercussions.
He says very many Ugandans have lost lives during brutal land evictions by the rich and famous government leaning tycoons, and its high time, the issue is discussed.
Besigye’s concerns come after a deal to sell off land owned by UBC turned into a public concern as an MP, Hon. Margaret Muhanga told COSASE that she purchased the said land at a tune of 10Bn shillings which she paid in cash. This same land was allegedly sold to three other people in a space of 1 hour.
Besigye warns that citizens need to pay more attention to land issues. “They are issues that can lead to war. These land questions, our country should not take them lightly and I get a sense that many of our people are not focusing on this issue and will only focus on it when it is already a disaster.”
The opposition strong man challenged government to train Ugandan citizens on land registration and land markets as they have no knowledge about the two issues.
“Investors are flocking our country today approaching our peasants to buy land off them, our peasants don’t have don’t know anything about land markets. An investor coming with 1 million USD can buy a whole sub county of land” Besigye said.
Besigye also laughed sarcastically at the Burahya county MP, Hon. Margaret Muhanga over her claim that she carried 10Bn shillings in cash. “You must have seen last night the Hon. Muhanga who was saying she bought UBC land, public land and took 10Billion shillings in cash. And they asked her where did you get this land, she said I sold my goats and cows. If you sell a cow at 1 million, you will need 10,000 cows to sell to raise that money and then you put it on a pickup and take it to a lwayer to but public land.”

Burahya County’s new representative Hon. Margaret Muhanga Mugisa is the only legislator who missed taking an oath on the final day of swearing in of MPs of the 10th Parliament.

Ms. Muhanga missed out as 426 of 427 MPs swear in three days.

Parliament publicists didn’t disclose why in the former Kabarole district woman MP didn’t not show up. The incident may not be related to reports at the end of last year when Hon. Muhanga a household name in Tooro disclosed that she was living in panic following threats of killing her.
EagleOnline‘s efforts to reach the vibrant legislator were futile as all her known telephone numbers were unreachable.

A sister to Andrew Mwenda and Brig. Kayanja Muhanga, the former UPDF Commander in South Sudan and currently in charge of fourth division, Muhanga is highly connected and synonymous with powerful people including heads of State both in and outside Uganda.

A powerful supporter of the ruling Party and with already tested leadership, Muhanga is highly expected to attract the cabinet appointing authority.

HOW USA & UN TARGET MUSEVENI THROUGH ARMS EMBARGO, SANCTIONS – MUSEVENI DESPERATE, NOW USING DECEIT & BRIBERY TO SAVE HIS INEVITABLE DOWNFALL
    ———————————————————-
MUSEVENI IS SO SCARED OF ARMS EMBARGO ON SOUTH SUDAN

There is no question that what is happening in South Sudan has Museveni’s involvement and to control its resources.

The UN is planning to take over South Sudan and preparations are underway to negotiate an exit for Salva Kiir and his nemesis Macher.

In order to accomplish this, UN has asked the USA’s strong involvement, including African governments. Museveni is now desperate trying to diffuse the situation in South Sudan by involving UPDF, before such a resolutions is passed.

The AU is considering to send a united force under the AU command and Museveni is heavily involved in this. He has convinced the Western governments, that he is the only one that can bring the situation under control in South Sudan.

The problem is that Museveni is the actual problem in South Sudan’s stability, reason being that Uganda was involved in the assassination of Garanga and Museveni would not want this to come out. The United States is fronting an arms embargo on South Sudan and this has caused panic in the Kampala regime.

Uganda is the number one supplier of weapons to South Sudan and this would choke Museveni’s abilities to intervene in South Sudan conflicts under the guise of sending UPDF to rescue Ugandans. The embargo will trigger economic sanctions to any country that violates the embargo.

    Stop The Madness.

INSIDE MUSEVENI-KABILA EMPTY DEAL IN KASESE – by Rabba Naga political analyst
    ——————————————
HUGE THREAT FACING MUSEVENI AND HIS GANG
    https://m.facebook.com/story.php…

The Museveni-kabila meeting points to a growing military threat in the region for mr museveni. Museveni has been harbouring the m23 which he has been using to blackmail kabila but also to use as a mercinary force here against a restive updf. With the collapse of the museveni influence in south sudan and its waning in the region generally, there is a sense of unease in the museveni kleptocracy.

Museveni now fears there could be a convergence of anti museveni forces teaming up in south sudan and these may outflank him from DRC. Therefore that museveni -Kabila meeting of yesterday was not about ADF threat as such, but over a new serious threat from south sudan which m7 fears may use the DRC’s outh west flank.

But this is where it gets interesting. Kabila too has a chip to hold up against museveni! he demands m7 gets clean on m23 and return them to drc. If museveni doesnt , the yesterday deal wont hold, if he attempts to reign on his mercinary M23 force, he may fail to master the courage to do so because of his calculations for his internal sirvival. But remember m23 was defeated by Tanzania and south african forces in drc. So the geopolitical game is complex.

This brings me to those calling on opposition and besigye to negotiate with museveni.
Just read between the lines and try to understand whats going on. Trying to negotiate with m7 is futile. The only point of discussion would be for Mr Museveni to go home, to return the victory of the people he stole at gun point. As you know he cant do that. So whats there to negotiate on. Those who are calling for dialogue in effect are saying we SURRENDER TO M7. They are apologists of a killer mafia.

Victory will be attained, its taking long and getting rather nasty, but the shortcuts nevet seem to work. And this struggle is is larger than any individual. Those who negotiate with museveni will be taken as traitors. Look at what has happened to those who agreed to serve on museveni cabinet. They are finished as oppostion leaders. They are now in it up to the neck. They are now with the dictatorship lock stock and barrel.

So Ugandans remain steadfast. Its not easy but it achievable.
    Struggle on comrades.
