Museveni is taking Ugandans to be fools

Museveni is taking Ugandans to be fools, indeed many are fools (exclude me). They have eyes but can’t see.
Government proposes tax holidays for foreign companies, please note the companies are “foreign” now the same companies have been allowed to employee Ugandans and pay them very small wages in disguised as promoting investment by making labour affordable.
Topping the list of companies lined up for tax incentive in the next financial year is Roofing Rolling Mills Limited, whose Corporation Tax government committed to pay from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2019. This means roofing hasn’t been paying tax all along, i have credible information that roofing simply rolls and cuts imported Steel, the don’t manufacture, an employee at the company says that everything is imported and simply cut into Ugandan sizes, they disguise these as production raw materials imported. But who is behind roofing i mean who owns the company? Don’t tell me that old employee guy, he he he wake up!
Steel and Tube Industries Limited are also to have their Corporation Tax paid by the taxpayers from January 1,under- to 2021. Mr Bahati said this will “support the development of the steel industry.” Am reliably informed the Mr muhoozi is behind this project.
Businessman Muhammad Hamid of the Aya Hotel project gets an incentive of Value Added Tax and Import Duty renewable every financial year which Mr Bahati said is intended to “support the development of the hotel industry.” by now Ugandans know who Aya is he is just a front of Museveni and an expert at employee abuse and sexual harassment.
In Europe governments subside food commodities for citizens, governments pay the unemployed, under-employed, and pensioners to ensure citizens can leave a better life. In the west governments set a minimum wage to protect it’s citizen from being exploited by the employers, then governments will this wage and provides to those that are not lucky to find work. These governments protect their people and by the way also protect companies with tax holidays but only if employees are protected. This above is the opposite in Uganda.
We have a situation where people are exploited and abused by the employer and government respectively.
Because our people are not exposed to how things are supposed to be done they just don’t care, this is your country.
Ugandans stop this madness, our country is only going down, look at the local and international debts accumulated in the last 11 years, we will need 99 years to repay this debt yet we can’t even see what this money has done.
April 22, 2017 at 1:28 pm #27275The past two weeks have been eventful in Uganda’s pro democracy campaign. APRIL REVOLUTION ACTIVITIES LAUNCHED AS STELLA NYANZI REFUSES TO GO AWAY. Regime is further exposed locally and internationally for what it is: a family tyranny supported by smart thieves is pretending to be loyalists. Even then, we debunked the myth that MR. B WANTS HIS SON OR WIFE TO TAKE OVER FROM HIM. NO. ONLY AFTER HE IS DEAD. SON AND WIFE CAN SUCCEED MR.B IF THEY KILL HIM OR REMOVE HIM BY FORCE.
The Regime’s UCC blundered and really big with the sim-card re-registration deadline that never was. We fought well and smart on all fronts. We defied. We sued. We ridiculed. We educated. The Prime minister ate his own words- deadline extended. The fight is still on. This nonsense of taking Ugandans for granted must stop. EXPERIMENT FAILED. YOU WON’T SELL OUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO FOREIGN MULTINATIONALS IN WHICH YOU SECRETLY HOLD SHARES, WITHOUT LAWFUL GUARANTEES.
SALAAMU MUSUMBA lost the by-election. Further confirming that this Katemba (drama) of participating in sham elections whose outcome is already known, has no place in the new activist’s life. Waste of money and emotional energies. We shall participate in an election in the new order we are creating. NO MORE KATEMBA. REGIME CHANGE SHALL COME BY FORCE OF THE PEOPLE. ELECTIONS AFTER.
THE ANONYMOUS THREAT LETTERS and yes, ATTACKS ON VILLAGES in South Buganda continued. The same letters have reached the outskirts of Kampala. The activists refused to be FOOLED. They know that THIS IS THE WORK OF THE REGIME- TO GALVANISE ITS SUPPORT AMONGST THE ‘PERCEIVED TARGETS’ OF THE ATTACKERS BUT ALSO TO SET THE STAGE FOR SUSPENDING CIVIL LIBERTIES on pretext of “maintaining security”.-YOU FOUND US AWAKE . TRY ANOTHER TRICK.
STRATEGIC REMINDER:
DON’T SPEND MONEY THIS WEEKEND EXCEPT ON THE CAUSE AND ESSENTIALS IN YOUR HOME. FIGHT WITH YOUR MONEY. STARVE THE ENEMY WHO OWNS 90% OF ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT JOINTS, AS YOU SAVE FOR THE TOUGH DAYS AHEAD.
What have I left out, friends? Remind us.
And hey! Don’t forget to press that share button. This is our MOST RELIABLE medium of (mass) communication.
April 29, 2017 at 3:45 pm #27283BUGANDA LAND BOARD BE DISBANDED, KATIKKIRO REPLACED
I was unable to be physically at Top Radio’s Kimeeza this morning but l sent a message where l asked for Ssaabasajja Kabaka to disband Buganda Land Board because it is unconstitutional.
According to the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda 1995 as amended in 2005, the Buganda Land Board is appointed by Buganda Government, which is not in place now.
The BLB is made up, of , among others, chairpersons of district land board in Buganda, it is also represented on district land boards. It is charged which former public land or Mayiro Akenda, and official Mailo estates like saza and gombolola estates, those of Katikkiro, omulamuzi and omuwanika, among others.
350 Sq. Mls. estate for the Kabaka is managed by his Personal Treasury/Nkuluze where he has estates manager/bakatikkiro b’ebyalo bya Kabaka.
But this unconstitutional BLP has started selling land left right and center, and even selling traditional and cultural sites like that of Kawumpuli at Buyego in Bulemeezi, which was sold to non Baganda and they started erasing it until the local population chased them away and burnt the grader in a mob justice.
I also implored the Kabaka that he should not renew the contract for incumbent Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga upon expiry next month, but instead, he should appoint a Katikkiro with a task of ensuring that the Regional Governments Bill in Parliament for the last 10 years, is passed and operationalized.
This will pave way for the restoration of Buganda, Busoga, Bunyoro, Acholi, Lango and other regional Governments with Premiers directly elected, so are the Councils, where in case of Buganda or any other kingdom, the Kabaka is entitled to nominate a quarter of it, with nominees from clan leaders, who shall have form a standing committee on culture including Kabakaship with exlusing powers over traditional and cultural matters. All these are in the constitution.
If this is done, then Buganda Government will be budgeted from the center and the Kabaka and Mmengo shall stop being a burden to his subjects, which is dangerous although a clique at Mmengo benefit from it as there is no transparency and accountability.
Thirdly, the Land Fund, which is also constitutional, should be funded, so that both land owners and bibanja holders can buy off one another and dual ownership stops.
On Radio Simba, where l have managed to be present in Gasimbagane ne bannamawulire program,. L also said that security of tenure for both land owners and bibanja holders contribute to lack of food security in the country.April 29, 2017 at 3:47 pm #27284LET US JUST ORGANISE A PRISON BREAK
HOW TO ORGANISE A PRISON BREAK:
BOBI WINE, KATINTI AND MUWADA: PRISONERS STRUGGLING TO BE KATTIKIRO
(You need 2 minutes to read this. If you don’t have the time, ignore please).
Omar Kalinge –Nnyago
There has been a lot of excitement since Court of Appeal annulled the Kyadondo East elections. Three opposition candidates- Kantinti, Kyagulanyi (Bobi wine) and Muwada seem to be poised for a gruelling fight. This follows quickly on the heels of the crashing defeat of Salaamu Musumba in Kamuli.
Early this week, Col. Samson Mande sent out a post: “IT IS AS HARD AS TRYING TO LIBERATE PEOPLE WHO DON’T KNOW THEY ARE UNDER OCCUPATION”. It was his interpretation of Harrier Tubman’s famous quote: “I FREED A THOUSAND SLAVES. I COULD HAVE FREED A THOUSAND MORE IF ONLY THEY KNEW THEY WERE SLAVES”.
Let me use my privilege as a Ugandan above 50 NOT TO MASSAGE THE EGOS OF THE INTENDING CANDIDATES, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY OF THE OPPOSITION to which I have belonged since 1986 – and shout: PARTICIPATING IN ANY ELECTION IN UGANDA ORGANISED BY THIS REGIME IS STUPID, HOPELESS, MONEY WASTING, TIME WASTING AND A DIVERSION. DIVERSION FROM THE REALTASK OF LIBERATING THE COUNTRY FROM THE 31 YEAR FAMILY RULE. YOU DON’T TREAT MALARIA WITH PANADOL. IT IS THE TEMPERATURE THAT GOES DOWN BUT YOU MUST DIE IF YOU DON’T TAKE AN ANTI MALARIAL.
If you are familiar with prison, this is a typical race of prisoners in a ward: one them trying to be “Katikkiro”. A Katikkiro is the equivalent of a “class monitor” of a prison cell or ward”. A Katikkiro can actually wield a lot of power inside the prison walls. Above all Katikkiros in a prison is the “Overall” the equivalent of “Head Prefect” in a school.
The purpose of a Katikkiro prison structure is to make the prisoners governable. It is the cardinal objective of the “Overall” to make sure than no prisoner escapes! The overall is given a lot of privileges. He is co-opted by the Manghreza- the prison warders. During our times in jail, we used to call outside using a Katikkiro’s phone or through his ‘arrangements’, for a small fee.
The equivalent of the “Overall” in Uganda today is the Leader of Opposition. In prison, some wards (and therefore their Katikkiros) are more influential than others. In my ward, we used to make our own meals and eat whatever we wanted. We could even have money on us and read newspapers. So these are the equivalents of Muntu, Mao, Akena, Lukyamuzi, Basalirwa and company.
THE FINAL STRUGGLE TO LIBERATE UGANDA WILL NOT BE WON BY PRISONERS TRYING TO BE KATIKKIROS. The task is to break out of this jail that is the current regime of relatives, friends and in laws, who are using our own money to rob, kill, imprison, and divide us.
Do you want me to start choosing between Katinti, Bobi and Muwada? I shall not.
At the end of this diversionary Katikkiro contest, Besigye (another Katikkiro) in his decision or indecision to back one of the candidates, will lose 30% if his support base in Wakiso and Kampala. Simple calculation.
Even if one of them wins, we are the same people going to call them “PIG” tomorrow.
When are we getting out of this confusion, friends? Don’t you realise we are all prisoners?
LET US JUST ORGANISE A PRISON BREAK. Do we have any revolutionaries here?
If you think you are a revolutionary, share this post over and over again. Maybe someone will remember they are in prison.

Look at this MPig, he is called Maj Ibrahim Abriga from Arua municipality and from NRM party and he is leading a crusade to remove age limit for President so that Museveni can rule for life, what word do can we use to describe this man?April 29, 2017 at 3:59 pm #27286
Badru Kateregga like any youth, he left his family of five; a wife and four kids and moved to Kampala in search of opportunities to provide for his family.
He fortunately landed a job as a waiter at one of the bars in town.
With just 4 days to earning his first salary at the bar, Kateregga was beaten to death. He is said to have been beaten to death after he was found in possession of 30k (about $8) which had been given to him by a client as a token of appreciation.
Apparently possessing shs30k and above by waiters is illegal at the bar henceforth the reason he was beaten to death as punishment from people who were said to have included his boss.
His boss immediately flew out of the country; to UK following the incident. He was placed on police’s wanted list. He would return to the country three months later and was briefly detained together with his brother and others. They were freed shortly on bail and have been free since then.
During this time, his wife who couldn’t stand the life she was going through abandoned the kids at Kateregga’s father home and left to start a new life.
Kateregga’s dad really wanted justice for his deceased son and grand children who he was taking care of. He would sell off all he could to raise transport of 30,000 (the same amount for which his son was killed) from Mbale to Kampala. The case was always pushed to another day and he would find himself sometimes making 3 or 4 such trips in a month.
Unfortunately, even Kateregga’s dad, who was following up the case and also the bread winner for the orphans also succumbed to pressure before even the first hearing of the case.
The case would stall for years. The judge who was in charge of it would push it to another judge. It would also take another long spell; years before the suspects are brought to court.
That judge too would quit the case citing pressure. The next judge would start hearing the following year, 5years after the murder. After some of the witnesses had disappeared? Dead?
Well, the hearing of the case finally kicked off this year. And I hear all of the suspects have been found innocent. Ironically, the same judge says Kateregga’s life was ended unlawfully. If none of these is guilty, does this mean the deceased killed himself?
April 29, 2017 at 4:02 pm #27287PRESIDENT MUSEVENI HAS ALL THE REMAINING BUGANDA LAND TITLES TIGHTLY LOCKED IN HIS SECRET BRIEFCASE~HE WILL NEVER RELEASE ANY OF THEM UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD
**************
~KABAKA OF BUGANDA WILL CONTINUE WORSHIPPING MUSEVENI UNTIL HE GOES DOWN WITH HIM.Kabaka of Buganda Ssabasaja Ronald Muwenda Mutebi Magulunyondo has been secretly making night talks and meaningless dialogues at statehouse begging for the remaining land tittles that government of Uganda confiscated during the Obote times.
Remember in recent past, Kabaka tried to raise his head and Museveni cooled him with just a peanut part of the titles and promised to give more with time. Since then, Kabaka has been salivating and surviving on empty promises!
Museveni could be old but is not a stupid man. The land tittles are his tools of manipulation that have kept a full Kabaka of Buganda and his subjects on their knees like useless and helpless slaves. By controlling Buganda, Museveni has managed to maintain the central political equilibrium and loyalty needed to sustain his grip on power.
The ceremonial Kabaka will keep in his bogus cultural gowns waving to thousands of helpless and poor crowds, overseeing childish wrestling competition, feasting on statehouse handouts (in fact leftovers) etc.. as Museveni and his family continue to rule and exploit this nation to emptiness.
April 29, 2017 at 4:06 pm #27288circumstances surrounding Badru Kateregga’ death at Panamera Bar on Sunday morning was not a one man’s show according to a blow by blow account from the eye witness at the scene of crime.
On the fateful night, the workers of Panamera Bar were extremely busy with many customers. Among the customers was one Peter, a specialist in mixing cocktail who has worked at different bars including Cayenne Bar, Club Rouge, Kampala Casino and Panamera itself. The scuffle according to the eyewitness started between Desh and Peter. Peter, a former employee was sacked and told never to hang out at Panamera. At around 2:30am, Desh called his brother Raymond Kananura and told him to tell Peter to leave his bar. After being threatened, Peter left the bar and the guns were turned to Badru Kateregga who had interacted with him that evening. Kateregga whose task was to wash glasses at the bar had spent only 15 days in Kampala. Right away from Mbale, the young and innocent guy (RIP) got a job at Panamera with hopes of working very hard and become a tycoon like Desh but his dreams were buried on Sunday morning. At 3:00am, Kateregga was subjected to thorough checking by Desh and found with Shs10,000 which he had borrowed from his pal Kenneth, a waiter to solve domestic problems. However, Desh thought Kateregga had served Peter booze and kept the money. At Panamera, all tips according to the bar boss of Indian origin, Paren are put in the tip box and counted as income for the bar since the workers are given transport to their homes.
How Kateregga was killedHe was dragged behind the bar and Desh started boxing him like a punching bag as the waiters, security operatives, bouncers and his brother Raymond witnessed. He later used a broom handle and blue water pipe to whip him. The eye witness says, Raymond Kananura and Cyrus, a bouncer at Steak Out who had been hired for a night at Panamera gave hand in hitting Kateregga like a snake. After a thorough beating, he was tied and taken behind Shawama Kitchen.
How Kenneth joined the Mix
Kenneth Kirenzi, the waiter who had given Kateregga Shs10,000 from the Shs40,000 tip he had got from the clients was equally searched and found with Shs30,000. He was asked why he did not declare it to Paren and there was no answer.Instead of rewinding the 50 CCTV cameras to find out the truth, they started clobbering him like a terrorist. The security officers at the scene, Robert and Onyango joined the bandwagon of beating. Also active in action were Kazeyi, Desh’ clearing agent and one of Desh’ drivers called Matovu. Though Edgar, one of Desh’ relatives did not beat, he was cheering in the background. They undressed Kenneth and searched in his trousers where they found a bank statement with Shs9m yet he had spent only two months at Panamera. Kenneth worked at Boda Boda, Barbeque Lounge and Mish Mash before joining Panamera and possibly he could have earned this much at those bars. According to this witness, he was also taken behind Shawana Kitchen and the old parked van where he found Kateregga crying and groaning like a person with few minutes on Planet Earth. Shortly, Kateregga fell and died. Desh told his henchmen to remove security lights and fetch water to bathe the body, hid it in the pork kitchen and covered it with old tyres. It is in this pork kitchen where the body was recovered by police the following morning. Desh ordered bruised Kenneth, whose eyes were swollen to shower and dance in what the eyewitness referred to as a mafia style of killing people.
Searching of Workers
At 5:00am, Desh ordered Paren to push out the clients and close the bar. He called all the workers and ordered his security officers to search them thoroughly. While they were being searched, Desh asked them ‘do you know what I do for the government?’ “I’m bad man, mafia, no one f**ks around with my money. Do you know why KCCA cannot bring me down, I’m a bad man. I fear only my mom and Museveni but I also don’t fear them so much,” he said in American accent. Indeed in his bar there is a poster reading ‘I’m a bad man’. He dispersed them and ordered his driver to take a seemingly unconscious Kenneth to police and report that he had stolen Shs2m. After reporting the case, they were ordered to take him to the bank and ensure that he withdraws the money.Police Swings Into Action
However, when Kenneth reached at Kiira Police Station to record a statement, he told police that ‘though I’m badly off, my colleague was killed’. Police swung into action and went to Panamera Bar. They found Raymond and Desh (in shorts) relaxing in the Lounge and asked them whether it was true someone was killed at the bar as the waiter (Kenneth) claimed. They denied of having any knowledge but said being a bar, they don’t account for the clients. Police mounted a search until when they discovered the bruised body which they took to Mulago Mortuary.Police did not make any effort to have Desh jot down any statement like it’s a norm whenever a person is discovered dead at someone’s premises.
Though police cordoned off the bar structures, they did not bother to arrest the boss of the bar.Confident Desh just sent an application (asking for a job) of Badru Kateregga through his driver to Police claiming that the deceased was not a worker at the bar but just asked for the job. Ironically, Desh forgot that the deceased was putting on uniform for Panamera workers. This coincided with the fact that he is close to one of the top officers of police.
With the discovery of the body, events changed and Desh’ driver could not take Kenneth to the bank to withdraw money. Kenneth, who had been joined by his colleagues, called his sister to take him for medication. Though Police claimed to have mounted a search for Desh on Monday, he was a very free man on Sunday evening. He was spotted at Kabira Country Club in a secret meeting with two other guys in a dark corner and this gave him ample time to plan and flee the country. Currently, he is believed to be in Dubai.
Meanwhile, the files CRB28/30/2012 and SD28/30/9, 2012 of manslaughter and assault were opened for him at Kiira Road Police Station as they wait for his arrest to take him to court.
Other workers beaten by Desh
Another waiter Bernard Kyaboona was equally thumped and left with a broken arm after finding Shs10,000 in his bag.Earlier, Moses Baguma, a waiter at the same bar was beaten by Desh and driven to his home in Bukoto and told never to go back to Panamera.
Another barman called Robert was sacked after being flogged by the same man.More People Beaten By Desh
It was not new for Desh and his brother to beat people at Panamera. On Wednesday, last week Raymond Kananura provoked the potential customers Arnold and Edwin, sons of a solicitor general and was beaten to pulp. The punch he got from Arnold sent him to the ground and the situation was calmed down by the onlookers and security.
Recently Desh beat up Denis Ssempebwa, a city businessman at Magic Parking and torn his clothes. Although Sempebwa rushed to CPS Kampala to report the case, Desh was not arrested.
It is not long when Desh brandished an electric wire from his Jeep with personalised number plate AK47 and caned a juvenile to coma in Luweero.April 29, 2017 at 5:09 pm #27302WHAT SHOULD A TAXPAYER DO WHEN FACED WITH CHALLENGES IN PAYING TAXES?
The current economic slowdown is exerting several pressures on many businesses in terms of their ability to meet their tax obligations on a timely basis, and yet the legal obligation to pay tax on a timely basis is the same for all businesses.
A few days ago, URA closed among others, Good African Coffee, for non-payment of taxes. This kind of exposure is not good for the reputation of a business, and no taxpayer should allow themselves to get exposed for tax non-compliance especially when it is generally perceived that such a business is “doing well”. URA may be sympathetic to occasional cash flow difficulties caused by exceptional events but they cannot and will not accept an ongoing failure to meet tax commitments and allow a business to continue to trade and accumulate further tax debts. Taxpayers therefore need to take note of the following insights.
The role of URA while administering the tax laws is to ensure, among other things, that tax revenue is assessed and collected in a timely manner, considering that a shortfall in revenue impacts on the level and timeliness of financial resources available to Government. URA therefore expects taxpayers to organise their financial affairs to ensure that they pay their tax debts by the due date.
While taxpayers can and do encounter cash flow problems, these problems must be addressed so that timely tax compliance is assured. Addressing those problems in consultation with URA at the earliest opportunity is essential so as to avoid a situation where the tax debt becomes overwhelming and enforcement by URA becomes inevitable. The bottom line is that early and realistic engagement with URA is necessary when tax compliance problems begin to emerge. If you do not agree that you owe the tax demanded, or you believe it should be a lot less, you should notify URA immediately, and ensure that you do everything possible to pay the agreed tax or reach an agreement with URA about paying the tax by instalments. If you opt for instalment payment, remember that each instalment payment will include interest, and this will entail an additional financial cost for the business. Accordingly it is in the interest of a business or a taxpayer to minimise its exposure to interest by paying as much of the debt up front and any balance over the shortest possible timescale. With such an approach, you maximise the opportunity of arriving at a successful and early resolution of any compliance difficulties in a way that will meet with URA’s approval. Sluggishness in recognising or addressing tax compliance problems merely serves to exacerbate the compliance challenge for taxpayers.
When negotiating with URA, it is really important that a taxpayer understands what precisely is giving rise to the particular difficulties in meeting their tax payment obligations. This will greatly determine the scope for positive action and measures by the business itself to overcome those difficulties and will ultimately dictate the scale of the challenge it faces. Recognising or accurately identifying the specific pressure points will give URA a clearer understanding of key issues relevant to deciding on an agreed approach going forward. The ready availability of such information in discussions with URA will show in a very tangible way the serious commitment of the taxpayer to managing the challenge as a whole, and to dealing with the problem in a transparent and meaningful way.
Enforcement action to recover a tax debt through closure is normally taken by URA where a taxpayer fails to engage them in a satisfactory manner. Where the engagement with URA is sluggish or less than frank and realistic, or where commitments entered into are not fulfilled, URA then has little option but to initiate the necessary collection and enforcement measures needed to address that problem, and trust me, the options are many. URA has at its disposal a range of enforcement powers to effect recovery of a debt. The most frequently used enforcement options are closure and attachment of bank accounts. They will move swiftly to apply the necessary measures to address that lack of engagement or that failure to fulfil the commitments agreed.
URA would be failing in their statutory duty if they simply allowed a business experiencing difficulties in paying its tax debts, to stop paying its taxes and continue trading. Businesses or taxpayers who do not pay their taxes as they fall due, or pay them late, are in effect using URA as an unauthorised source of credit. Apart from non-compliance being unacceptable from the taxman’s perspective, some will argue that in the interest of fairness and equity for businesses that are tax complaint and pay their taxes on time, URA must respond in an effective way. Each case is considered on its merits with a view to selecting the most effective collection, recovery or enforcement strategy to bring a case to compliance in the shortest possible timescale taking account of the individual case merits and features.
In this context, therefore, taxpayers must ensure that their tax position is always reconciled and up to date. Always undertake an early and proactive engagement with URA as soon as you start experiencing payment difficulties. Also consult with a tax professional @taslaf on how best to minimise and manage your tax debts.

September 12, 2017 at 4:29 pm #27332LAND GRABBING: Who is Karangwa Moses Kaliisa?
He is a Munyarwanda and has been the Jinja Municipality ruling NRM Chairman. He is said to be a leading wealthy businessman in Jinja, Kamuli and Kayunga. He is the proprietor of Star React a security Company based in Jinja. He owns property and chunks of land in Kamuli, Jinja, Kayunga and Nakaseke. His livestock farms supply milk to Jinja and Kamuli towns. As Chairman NRM for Jinja Municipality, in 2011 his executive committee threatened to impeach him over allegations that he had single handedly prepared the party’s campaign b budget and went ahead to get money from the party headquarters but did not declare it. He survived because of his god-fathers at the too party leadership. In 2013 at a public function in Budondo, Iganga district that was attended by Museveni, Karangwa tricked UPC strongman Robert Kanusu into shaking hands with Museveni. During the occasion Karangwa gave Museveni a yellow baseball cap of NRM which he in turn handed over to Kanusu who refused to put it on. He had contested for the Jinja district LC 5 chairmanship on UPC ticket and lost. Earlier in 2012 during a fundraising for St. Gonzaga Seminary in Iganga that was presided over by Museveni, Karangwa bought Museveni’s portrait at 30M shillings.
In collusion with their powerful regime backers, the landlords in Kayunga led by the powerful Karangwa Moses Kaliisa sued the government in several land related suits. In February 2015 the High Court ordered for the attachement of Hon. Nantaba’s salary over an oustanding debt of 23 million shillings arising from litigation costs that was awarded to a one Kiberu after court quashed Nantaba’s order ofbgiving away 3.8 acres of land located in Wasozi, Kitende to another family following a dispute. Karangwa owns a big chunk of land at Kinamawanga, Baale Sub-county in Kayunga district after intimidating tenants into accepting peanut payments. Hon. Nantaba ordered the tenants to return to that land and Karangwa went to court. Locals as well as Hon. Nantaba believe that Karangwa is an agent of big people in the regime. Last month Hon. Nantaba alleged that some wealthy people incliding senior army officers were involved in illegal land evictions and sponsering her political opponents in the elections. Shortly after, Karangwa Kaliisa led a delegation of local leaders of Kayunga district to Namunkenke Industrial Park in Nakaseke district to meet Gen. Saleh. During the visit Gen. Saleh warned Hon. Nantaba to leave him out of the land wrangles. The learned General said that he had the capacity to buy land instead of stealing it.
The following week Museveni was in Kayunga where he the Chief Guest at the launch of Sauti FM – a local FM Radio station whose proprietor is none other than Karangwa Kaliisa. During the function Kaliisa donated to Museveni a spear and a shield before introducing his teenage sons; Emanuel Kamugisha and Michael and Michael Karuhanga who shock hands with Museveni. Museveni thanked Karangwa for establishing a radio station; “I also thank him for the plans to put up a pineapple processing plant in Kayunga.” During the same occasion he made the infamous pronouncement that he was clocking 71 yet he looked 30 years old.
September 12, 2017 at 4:30 pm #27333The recent revelation that Museveni had awarded 6b shilling Presidential handshake to 42 of Uganda’s highly paid cadre public servants set in motion a series of industrial action by different regime sectors demanding a pay rise and improved working conditions. First, it was Makerere University lecturers that prompted its closure. Then came the strike by Public Prosecutors who compelled the regime to ‘give in’ to their demands. The latest was by Judicial officers whose industrial action lasted two weeks.
In all the above cases, the treacherous regime has successfully managed to manipulate the striking public servants into submission. It has promised to meet their demands just as a way of buying time. For the Judicial Officers, the regime stage-managed two breakouts by suspects from Gulu Central Police Station and Kabwohe in Sheema district which it attributed to overcrowding in the cells. The police which is reknown for detaining suspects for weeks and months against the constitutional 48 hours, was simply playing hypocrisy. The Prison Services also falsely claimed that it was incurring extra expenses in feeding and transportation of prisoners to and from courts. Statistically, the expenditure by Prison Services ought to have reduced owing to the fact that during that period they were not admitting new people.
It is a fact that most Prosecutors and Judicial Officers survive on taking bribes from litigants, accused and complainants. The regime is aware of the corruption in the Judiciary but keeps a blind eye in return for partisan conduct by most Judicial Officers and Prosecutors. The public has irreparably lost confidence in the Justice, Law and Order sector. Majority of these officers are publicly known to be regime Cadres. No wonder, the incoming Deputy Chief Justice, Owing Dolo has had to publicly declare that he is not a Cadre Justice. The outgoing Deputy Chief Justice, Steven Kavuma was a distinguished regime Cadre who made no efforts to disguise his partisan conduct.
Before the Judicial Officials bowed out of their strike last week, they accused the Chief Justice, Bart Katurebe of having connived with the regime to frustrate their strike “because he is well taken care of”. He came out to vehemently dismiss the accusation; “…. you can say all those sorts of things but the truth will always come out.” Justice Katurebe was compromised by Museveni as part of his appointment deal in 2015 after he had been rejected for two years. In return, Katurebe delivered the 2016 dismissal of the presidential election petition. He has chosen to preside over a passive judiciary that dances to the tunes of the regime. As a reward, Museveni recently elevated his (Kabarebe) brother, Brig.Octovious Butuuro from the rank of Col. to Brigadier before transferring him from Rwanda as a Military Attaché to the Luwer Defence Industries as Managing Director.
Obviously, for Museveni, the strike was politically motivated and he must have directed Katurebe to ‘sort out his house’ – a mission he has successfully accomplished. Now that he has managed to hoodwink them into getting back to work, Museveni will ‘sort them out’. He will deploy his Intelligence operatives to net unlucky corrupt Judiciary Officers. That way they will be cowed into silence and total allegiance to the regime.
How come they have never protested against the intimidation, armed attacks on courts and interference in judicial processes by Museveni!!!!!!!!

Around mid last month news making rounds on local radio stations and newspapers in Bunyoro region indicated that Rwandese women were being allocated to Banyoro men for marriage. That after getting the woman of choice, the man is given 10 iron sheets, 50kgs of posho and 500,000 shillings as a start up incentive fund. The public suspects that the scheme is a planned move to grab land from Banyoro. Banyoro women planned a demonstration for fear of losing their men to Banyarwanda women. The Prime Minister of Bunyoro Kingdom Norman Lukumu and his Minister of Culture, Hajji Bruhan Kyakuhaire petitioned securitymanagers in Bunyoro to swing into action and investigate the matter.
Late last month, the RDC Masindi, Godfrey Nyakahuma dismissed the allegations with a warning that the false information amounted to ethnic incitement.
Its only in Uganda where there can be smoke without fire. However, its a fact that right from the time Banyarwanda Tutsi were refugees in different parts of the world, they used their girls and women not only for economic survival, intelligence gathering but also to influence positive opinion against their cause. Therefore, their current alleged marriage schemes in Bunyoro is corroborated by their established custom and tradition above. Bunyoro region has been targeted by Banyarwanda land grabbers under the guise of Balalo.
Another Munyarwanda, Prophet Elvis Mbonye is making gullible Ugandans lick his shoes. Born of Leo and Teddy Ntiru of Bugolobi, self styled Prophet, Mbonye claims to have paid a visit to Jesus. He claims that the visit gave him supernatural powers to make prophecies touching on local and international political, security issues. A close look at some of prophesies reveals that he is an average follower of current affairs and to a small extent shares intelligence estimates with Museveni’s Secret Services. This is corroborated by the huge monetary backing at his disposal and his heavy security detail (manned by Intelligence Officers) that is provided by the regime.
With now around 5,000 followers of a high social and economic status, Mbonye started his Zoe Fellowship Ministry in 2014. He initially operated from Hotel Triangle with quarterly conferences involving 100 of his followers. As his congregation expanded, he moved to an open house near Watoto Church on Buganda Road. Later, he shifted to Theatre La Bonita, then to Imperial Royale Hotel in 2015. In 2016 he moved to Aya Hotel where a single day’s fellowship would cost 54 Million shillings to cover venue, hiring of tents, public address
0system and hotel charges.Of recent he has moved to the more spacious Kyadondo Rugby Grounds. A few days ago, he organises a grand dinner in his honor at the Kololo Independence Grounds. Entry tickets went for one million to 300,000 Uganda shillings and was attended by the notables in the city. For Prophet Mbonye, it was an occasion to display his wealth and power of manipulation. He appeared at the venue driving a 2017 Black Range Rover with a customized number plate, ELVIS. He sat in a gold-plated sofa set from where his faithfuls paraded to lick his shoes with their tongues in order to get blessings. His church services take place only on Tuesdays and he spends most of his time at Good Coffee Africa at Lugogo Africa owned by Tycoon Andrew Rugasira who has close ties with Gen. Saleh.
The scene of a veteran Sports Journalist, Joseph Kabuleeta also licking Mbonye’s shoes has sparked a lot of furry. Kabuleeta is Money’s lead promoter and has suggested that the government can cut on cost of intelligence gathering by relying on Prophet Mbonye’s prophesies. He told The Observer thus; “In Uganda we have a Prophet with such credentials whose precision in predicting local, national and world events has been proven over the years. It is about time the nation’s decision makers saw this extraordinary gifts for what it
actually is; an asset to this nation.”Unfortunately, Joseph Kabuleeta is an opportunist who in 2003 when he was the Chairman of the Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) lured /another mysterious money magnet, Mike Ezra for a USPA galla sponsorship. He was also actively involved with the same Mike Ezra aborted attempt to buy Leeds United F.C at US$ 60M. Therefore, the so-called Prophet Elvis Mbonye’s prophesies are stage-managed by the regime to hoodwink gullible Ugandans. Mbonye is a Kinyarwanda name and the other prominent Mbonye’s include
the following:
1. Dr. Ben Mbonye – former PS Ministry of Defence in Uganda and now
owns Nakasero Hospital.
2. Prof. Anthony Mbonye – Director General Health Services in the
Ministry of Health in Uganda.
3. Dr. Manasse Mbonye – the Vice Rector of the National University of Rwanda.
4. Ms. Lucy Bakyobe Mbonye – Museveni Principal Private Secretary.
5. Col. Herbert Mbonye – until recently was Deputy Chief of Military
Intelligence is now with AMISOM.
6. Dr. Julianne Mbonye – Gynaecologist at Nakasero Hospital.
Ugandans forget so quickly; the Kibwetere cult burnt to death more than 300 people and the regime had never released a comprehensive report. Then came the Prophet Bushaara cult that went into oblivion after they acquired free land. The regime has persistently used the institution of Born Again Churches and their Pastors and Prophets to weaken the mainstream religious groups while at the same time hoodwinking Ugandans. The other day, another Munyarwanda regime cadre, self styled Pastor Bugingo of House of Prayer Ministries set on fire 6,000 Holly Bibles of the King James Version. The police never took any action save for helpless individuals who filed a civil suit against Bugingo seeking for a temporary injunction. His bickering with Pastor Yiga of Revival Christian Ministries has now taken a new twist with UCC’s Godfrey Mutabaazi closing down the latter’s ABS TV station.
What about the senior police officer, ASP Gilbert Arinaitwe who attempted to kill the opposition leader, Dr. Besigye before he turned around to become a pastor and found a church where he and other police officers would purport to preach and perform miracles while dinning police uniform!!!!! Just last month, the police informed the nation that Gilbert Arinaitwe had been arrested over rape. We pointed out that this was a hoax and history will exonerate us. Even Museveni’s daughter, Patience Rwabwogo owns a church, Covenant Nations Church based near Uganda Breweries Ltd in Luzira, Kampala. During the service, the venue is secured by police fire fighting vans and the Presidential Special Forces Group.
Members of her church are the top executives and socially well-to-dos from one ethnic group. There is this other guy of the recently concluded Billion Lotto, Isaac Rucci who fleeced Ugandans of their hard-earned money. He stated as a member of the gospel music group, Limit X in the late 1990s where he went by the names of names of Isaac Rucibigango before, as is the practice, he was later to shorten it to Rucci to conceal his Rwandese origin. However, he forgot and named her daughter, Keeza (Rwandese for Kalungi). The other shortened names are Kale for Kalekyezi, Tonku for Tom Nkuringiye, Nsenga for Nsengiyumva etc. For how long will gullible Ugandans fall prey to Museveni’s selfish manipulation.
September 12, 2017 at 4:50 pm #27335Hahahaha!!! Very interesting and accurate analysis. One minor detail you missed is that the very popular Tutsi man, Isaac Rucci, was called Isaac Kibirango, before, which is the Kiganda conversion of the Tutsi name, Rucibigango and he was the most popular member of the internationally popular Buganda based boy band group Limit X. And he passed himself off as a muganda and no one pays attention to a celebrity’s ethnicity. One reason it may be extremely hard to take down this Tutsi clique is that many of it’s current big wigs are former celebrities in Buganda, and that their ethnicity was never scrutinized closely until the rise of M7 and NRM after 1986 and the issue of foreign take of Uganda arose. Secondly, some Ugandan nilotic men are susceptible to some Tutsi chicks “waterlog” techniques. That’s how M7’s FRONANSA army was able to operate inside of Amin’s state research bureau without detection for almost 9 years, led by non other than, Saleh, JPAM and Rugunda. By marrying Nubian men in Amin’s government and bringing in “Tutsi men to master the gun”. So it’s not about forgetfulness. It’s about Ugandan stupidity and vulnerability, sexual , poverty related, “tricknology”, or carelessness or just plain stupidity and idiocy. And guess what, the Tutsis know it. And aren’t afraid to use it. Its very, very tragic and stupid, losing your country over sex, among other things.
